Designed for use when there is no clear area in the loft for a conventional ladder to stow. This ladder concertina’s into roughly a cube shape that then hinges upwards where it stows directly above the hatch door. Consequently the unit requires no stowage space outside the area of the hatch as the ladder stows on top of the hatch door.
